👍👍 friendly staff, wide assortment with relatively good price. You can probably find cheaper stuff on internet, but for utility equipment I guess it's still better with a reliable merchant that you can always go back to for post sales service.

🫤 Generally a decent store, one of the staff members made my daughter cry & was completely unapologetic about it. Hope that gentleman has an incurable disease now.

😠 Horrible customer service when it comes to return stuff. In total we've spent hundreds of euros on products, getting home we found out that 2 lights were empty. Completely empty. When attemtping to return them they said "It's your word against ours", like if we wanted to scam why would we go through...
