😠 Terrible service, supposedly breakfast is until 10am according to the card and they denied it to us because it says they are renovating. We also asked for a claim book and they denied us. I am Peruvian and a bad example as a hotel representation in Bolivia.

😠 Unfriendly hotel: since they were full the manager refused to help us. Not even trying to explain in English, we had to guess he was fully booked. He even did not want to call a taxi for us to find another hotel... Terrible service.

😠 Mala atención al cliente. Te cobran multa por llegar arriba de las 10pm. Las habitaciones son muy frias, sin calefacción. La ducha electrica fria y difícil de regular el agua caliente. El Internet pésimo, 2mb a lo mucho. La TV smart lenta. Los canales de TV cable en mala calidad.

Le falta mucho para ser un hotel 3 estrellas (hay mejores en la ciudad de El Alto) precios muy elevados para una habitación muy simple y ruidosa en el último nivel tienen discoteca. En cuanto a la limpieza las camas huelen a sudor, sábanas manchada...
