😠 Na prijem se čeka 2 do 3 sata. Došli u 10.30h sa troje male djece i čekali do 14h za ulazak u sobu. Niko se nije ni potrudio da objasni zašto se toliko čeka niti predložio rješenje. Loše iskustvo. Neorganizovano i neljubazno osoblje, u upravi naravno ni radnim danom nikoga nema.
