😠 They scheduled the surgery for 7:30 am and asked to arrive an hour early. We arrived at 6:30 am and stayed in the sun waiting for the goodwill of the staff to arrive at seven thirty and open the door around eight. Note: The surgery was for my 71-year-old father and he has a stroke. Terrible.
