😠 Bad.
At around 7:30 am I went to the Endocenter clinic to undergo the exam (thyroid puncture).
I went to reception and the receptionist asked me to wait.
Soon after, we started the service. Where I was informed that the exam could not be carried out, as I had to have made the request 5 days before....

Só pode marcar exames pelo watts, mas levam quase um dia inteiro pra responderem uma mensagen. E por telefone não podem fazer nada.
Atendem com má vontade por obrigação.
