👍👍 A very bumpy drive up to the top of this peak but wow is it worth it! I guess you could hike it but I think it’s several kms on not very good road and a steep incline. Worth the trip for sure!

👍👍 Amazing! The main altar is extremely beautiful. The painting of Saint Francis of Assisi, receiving the wounds of Christ from heaven, is faithful to Franciscan writings. Unparalleled. The organization, the welcome, everything was very special and beautiful. Perfect place to be much closer to God.

👍👍 Lovely place! At weekends it is the favorite spot of bikers and motorcycle riders, since the road to the station is very pleasant. You may want to take a spin in a historically important train known as "Velha Senhora", the Old Lady, and feel what it was like to travel via railroads back in the 20's....

👍👍 Beautiful park! We visited on 2/16 around noon and we saw 30 capybaras in the back of the park, towards the left. The capybaras were resting in the grass near the tietê river. Also some very large ducks and squirrels in the park. 😄

👍 The place is beautiful. There is a 40 R$ fee if you want to go to do the trail, there is horse riding, restaurant and cafeteria(though the cafeteria is small and they only have espresso machine)
