Best places: Bars in Shumen, Bulgaria

👍👍 The food was delicious and the waitress was kind and friendly. They brought us the food quickly. Definitely recommend it as a place to grab a bite.

😠 Official means of payment (50 leva banknote from 2006) would not be accepted and payment by card was refused by the restaurant. That was the last time in the restaurant. It used to be good. Now it is no longer recommended. A pity!
