👍👍 I picked a medium roast (Brazil Sete Cachoeiras) last week and left to rest it for a week. This bean has well balanced flavour - fruity, sweet :)
I used it for pourover and espresso coffee, both are really like outcome!! I am sure that I will come back again and pick other type coffee beans!!
