👍👍 The Phõ at LOVUS was the best meal I’ve eaten in Truro, the cold coffee was refreshing and the service was incredible. Music was relaxing and did not bother me at all. I fully encourage you to go eat there. A go-to place, I will go back before the end of my stay.

😐 I ordered a regular milk tea with tapioca, half sweet. The tapioca is good, the right balance of firm, chewy, and soft. The drink tasted like fresh sweetened milk. I would try another flavour next time and see if the milk tea itself improved, but for now, this location gets three stars for good tap...
