Smash N Dash Smashburgers
Restaurant
👍👍 These are literally the best smash burgers around!! So in love! The one I love the most is the great Canadian - cheese curds, bacon, hickory sticks, smash sauce and maple syrup! Drooling!

Five Span Bridge Park
Park
👍👍 Beautiful piece of art, only one of its kind in North America. Great place to sit and listen to the falls. Not the safest place to swim, undertow is very dangerous so beware.

Metcalfe Geoheritage Park
Park
👍👍 This Park has a boat launch that seems to be perfect for launching a canoe or kayak. The paved part stops, and becomes gravel within 15’ of the shoreline. I wouldn’t likely launch a power boat bigger than an aluminum fishing boat. Trailer parking is available across the street.

Mississippi Valley Textile Museum
Museum
👍👍 This small museum is a must-see in Almonte. The shops and restaurants are fun, but the museum really explains how the mills, which supported the town, operated. And at what cost to the men, women, and *children* who worked there. In addition, they have an amazing exhibition there now, Among the Garb...
