👍👍 They offer a lot of information about the first settlers in Novascotia. Their life style, the materials they used. The spectacular view of the first ship landed in Nova scotia the the prime attraction of this place.

Powell's Point Provincial Park

👍👍 A lovely park that has it all, it can be a small hike to the beach depending on which path you choose. Fantastic picnic areas with covered tables and large green spaces make this park a destination on a sunny day!

👍👍 Took my dog for his walk there yesterday. It was very nice. There's a nice pond with geese and ducks. It was very windy yesterday, but we'll definitely go back on a nicer day.

Northumberland Fisheries Museum (Seasonal)
Museum
👍👍 The Northumberland Fisheries Museum is one of the best things to see in Pictou County. My guide Bailey was very friendly and gave an interesting tour of the museum's exhibits. The tank of live lobsters was especially neat!
