Gibraltar Point Beach

👍👍 It is the nicest beach on Centre Island if you're a swimmer. Clothing is mandatory and the buoys set up make it look like a proper beach (I am from B.C.). We didn't swim, but we saw lots of families playing in the water. It is sand rather than the plethora of rocks and boulders by the beach.

👍👍 2022 June 4.5★ A very nice beach with amazing soft sands and fairly clean waters. Backdrop of the bluffs gives this place a great view to enjoy the city. Given the size and how busy this beach is, it's kept quite clean. Kudos to the city staff for keeping it this way. Parking is limited and may onl...

👍👍 Centre Island, positioned between Ward's Island and Hanlan's Point, is the central attraction among Toronto's three primary Toronto Island destinations. Boats frequently travel to Centre Island because it's the most popular spot. Here, you'll discover lovely fountains, well-kept gardens, Centervill...

👍👍 Really nice area by the lake to hangout at on a nice day. Man made sandy beach with some chairs and umbrellas available on a first come basis. There are also plenty of concrete bench areas in the area and a lake front walk way to enjoy and take some nice pictures at.

Sunnyside Beach
Beach
👍 Pros: close to the city, nice restaurant right on the beach for food and drinks. Nice spot for sunset (can’t really see the sun go down but the sky turns a nice colour). Beach is shallow for a good stretch, very little wave thanks to the barrier break water, great for kids. Cons: most stretch has f...

👍👍 Sunnyside Beach is so nice to enjoy and especially on such a warm sunny day in November. Enjoyed walking around the beach and the boardwalk. Families out having fun. Walking, biking, jogging, having lunch and some just sitting and taking in the sights.

Innisfil Beach

😠 Rules in Town of Innisfil are built to make usage of public facilities by non residents impossible to use. The majority of public beaches have resident only parking, and don't provide an easy option of paid parking. Not sure how families with babies, seniors, disabilities are supposed to travel to t...
