👍 Ordered cat litter here that was double the price of competitive stores. After much phone tag and a final visit to the store I was given a refund. The price wasn’t their fault but their suppliers. They were good about the refund and the staff there were friendly.

😠 I was shocked how rude the staff/owner was. I asked if she was having a bad day, or if this is how it is here in general. Apparently being rude to customers and stressing out animals is completely normal at the paw spa. I would not recommend this place to anyone, or ever go back.
