🫤 Stores are convenient and friendly but management does a terrible job keeping it clean. The garbage cans are always overflowing and garbage is everywhere.

👍 Lots of variety for shops. Only negative is the lack of safe crossings. Pedestrians have to hustle through traffic, and cars have to watch for people testing their life insurance policies.
