😠 3 of us bought tickets but the "ticket holder" tested positive for covid at the last minute, so we are not allowed in. Don't sell multiple tickets if one person has to use all 3. Also learn how to answer emails or maybe have a contact number. Absolutely incompetent management. 0/10
