🫤 Booking Receptionist is cold and inflexible. The only reason she's still there has got to be because she's unionized, otherwise I don't know why they don't get rid of her. The two stars are for dental staff. Most are nice and the work done is satisfactory. When you can get it. Which takes forever.

😠 The doctors are great which is the only saving grace. I've been a patient here my whole life (31 years) and not once have I had my appointment on time. I'm currently in the waiting room, they are 45 minutes late. I left work early for my appointment, guess I didn't have too.

😠 Extremely bad hospital..if you really care about your health DO NOT GO THERE.. one of the places that one should AVOID...they treat people badly with NO RESPECT..I saw many situations while I was waiting in emergency room.
