👍👍 Absolutely fantastic view, no crowds, no hustle and bustle, everything was so green and pure and wide open nature. I would recommend a trip here anytime. Plus there are tons of hiking trails and lakes to swim in. We swam in Caribou lake just at the bottom of the hill. The water was perfect and every...

Devil's Rock Trail Head

👍👍 Great little hike to Devil's Rock, also known as Spirit Rock. The name was changed when the Christians came because they associated the native spirituality with the devil.. This hike has some rugged terrain of mostly compacted soil with some areas of stones and rock. The scenery at the end of the tr...

😠 Booked the Vice Roi cabin from August 28 to September 3. On arrival, we entered the cabin. The cabin was very nice, but not very clean. We started to open up the cupboard doors and observed mice feces. We cleaned it up and continued to unpack. Later on that evening, we left the cabin to go for a wal...

🫤 Ah, what a hellscape this place is. I hope somehow the staff are happy and taken care of. The cashier was really friendly, but they were the only staff I encountered. Store was fairly clean but some products on the floor or strewn on shelves from previous customers visiting this wasteland. I found w...

Rotary Park Trail (Downtown Side)

😠 Used to be a nice quiet trail. Not challenging to walk, run or bike. Now everyone has dogs off-leash and as you exit by the downtown section, there’s an encampment of vagrants, tents and tarps and all. Avoid it if you can. Might save your life.
