The Oxford Drive-In Theatre
Movie theater
ππ The Oxford Drive-In Theatre is open again and the new owners have done a fantastic job!
The field itself is very well-kept and easy to find a good spot along the marked rows (cars, suv's, trucks - front, middle, back), which other drive in's I've been to haven't done...and yet it makes the most sen...

The Village Catering & Deli
Takeout restaurant
ππ What a great little place right on Dundas St. In Thamesford. It's takeaway only so keep that in mind when going here. Everything looked great service was very good. We tried the poutine box, and wow I think sums that up. You can see in the picture.

The Country Tool Shed
Tool store
ππ Stopped in here as I needed a few things that you would definitely find in a hardware store. They had what I needed. Actually it's a pretty large shop for a small town. They had big displays for Milwaukee & DeWalt.
Nice that you can finish fairly quickly, can't say that about the big box stores....

π Great home cooked style food for a very reasonable price. Portions were appropriate. The service was fantastic. Jessica was very attentive and brought more napkins even though we never asked. Great place off the beaten path.

π If I could rate this place a 0 I would. I drive from london to get our food, and the manger/owner is very rude.
Wife goes in to get our food, and was treated poorly.
Order said it would take 30-35

She wanted to pay and wait outside since only 3 people are only...

Brunny's Sports Bar & Grill

Oxford Thames River Trail
Hiking area
ππ A nice relatively 4 km flat trail walk between parking lots. You can add an additional 4 km by hiking to the shelter/lookout (2 km east to shelter from East parking lot and 2 km west return). Lots of birds and water creatures in the Thames river which parallels trail. Active rail line follows parts...

π«€ I will have to agree with other comments about the pace of an order. Simply ordered a small coffee (got fairly quickly after the employ had to go to the take out window to get it... ππ Came here for the family skating. Ice was good. Cheap entry fee. Warm area to watch skaters from (and keep your boots warm). Small cafe to get the kids some hot chocolate and coookies afterwards.
