👍 I didn't stay in the hotel but had a reservation for the breakfast. Local and delicious fresh food with an amazing view of Mindelo. Price €6.

👍👍 This was by far the best stay we had in Cape Verde. Modern architecture combined with marvellous nature and locally produced food. They focus on hikers and supplied us with maps, detailed descriptions of pathways and even logistical support. We cannot recommend Quinta da Cochete enough!

👍👍 Loved my stay at Casamarel! Great location, unbelievable views, friendly service! Daily breakfast by the pool. I was there for valentines day and they offered a great/romantic dinner with live music. Highly recommend Casamarel and will definitely go back!

👍👍 Really nice and comfortable hotel in the city center. The bar/restaurant during the day is also a really nice place to work from. The wifi works well in the area (inside and outside) and the staff is super friendly :)

😠 I dont write review very often, but I was rather shocked by the communication in advance with the owner. Apparently he wants a copy of a plane ticket as a proof of arrival - which is a bit weird but OK, no problem. However, you have to send it within 3 days of booking, or he will cancel your booking...
