👍👍 Me pareció bastante chévere este Conjunto Residencial. El ambiente es muy agradable, los vecinos son buenas personas. Además cuenta con piscina y parqueadero interno que sería el "plus" de este conjunto. La recepción es bastante acogedora.

👍 The rooms are fine. The setting is nice. The food is good. But the noise pollution is exaggerated, it is not understandable why the music is at full volume all day even with almost no guests. That is not good at all. There is a total lack of respect in that sense.

😐 We stayed in Minca and in this lodge 2 nights in a private room with shared bathroom. Three things are important, you have to walk to the lodge about 15 minutes (some steep parts). You could take a motorcycle but there are no jeeps available. It can be a bit exhausting depends on your luggage size....

😠 Absolutely terrible place. Administrator does not work and yells at customers. I lived for 5 months and the sauna never worked. There is no soap in the common areas. The administrator also keeps the women's bathroom closed because she wants to use it alone.

👍👍 One of the best places I've ever been. The owners are very friendly and the like to keep a family atmosphere in their hostel. The beach is around 100mts away and it has the most amazing sunset. Try at "Hostal Casa Amarilla" the polea de camarones pastuzo which is selfmade by the owners.
