👍👍 Definitely worth the hike up the hill - the monument and the view. We came here mid-morning on a Monday and there was a handful of people. A few other people have commented and aren't wrong... It's quite an anatomically correct horse, as are all so far across Europe...yet to find a statue of a horse...

Although there is one problem in the morning it is difficult to take the best shots of the view on the old town from the tower due to the sun rising exactly from the east (orient) side where sitting the old town is. 👍👍 Interesting place off the beaten path. Original Charles bridge statues are stored here. Vysehrad in general is away from the center of Prague so less crowded. Great views of the city and St. Vitus cathedral Less crowded.

👍👍 A historical area inside the Prague Castle. You go through the gate to go to the inside of the castle. Outside the gate you will see the changing of the guards every hour. Thers is a huge open space before the gate. There are huge impressive buildings there.
