😠 They agreed to refund the money for a product I ordered online, but the woman at the counter was extremely rude and wouldn't want to help me purchasing another one. This store won't see me ever again.

👍👍 Amazing, peaceful place! Only 10 minutes away from the Prague international airport. The hotel has a stable with dozens of beautiful horses! And the kitchen is outstanding. Definitely worth a stay 💖

They have so many really good quality products to choose from, and at a very fair price. I wish we had a pet shop this good in Lond...

👍👍 We only return to shops where we get good service. And we get that here. The shop assistants know their stuff and are more than happy to help and give advice. The selection is good and prices are what you would expect from a pet shop.
