His therapist was experienced but not adequate per my father’s liking though he requested harder

😠 Worst management ever , unprofessional . Even they don’t hire professional coaches, they choose ladies from the members !!! Who I am fully aware they not even certified.
Even the guide , they copy paste from one another , not even aware with our body differences.
They not collaborate with clients...
