😐 It's a shame you have to bring your own equipment, expected all the equipment to be there. Price is cheap for the month, Gym is quite small, Heavy Sparring on the first day isn't something i would recommend! More of a fitness gym than a technical gym. Overall, It's a OK MMA Gym.

👍👍 Things to lookout for at THE BASE once you arrive: Certified coaches that are passionate about strength & conditioning and will push you to your right limit. A facility with the best equipment and good music. A variety of science based training programs. A community that will lift you up!
