😐 It's a shame you have to bring your own equipment, expected all the equipment to be there. Price is cheap for the month, Gym is quite small, Heavy Sparring on the first day isn't something i would recommend! More of a fitness gym than a technical gym. Overall, It's a OK MMA Gym.

👍👍 Lina is the best art teacher on earth! Friendly, has a lot of patience, great sense of humour.. time flies always in her sessions. We learnt a lot of art skills with her.

👍👍 Great authentic show. I attended (Al-Sohbagayea) band from Ismailia city playing Semsemeya musical instrument, singing and dancing. Amazing simple Folklor show. I enjoyed. The hall is very small and simple but authentic.

😐 The place is amazing the trainers ars great, but there is no AC!! And with constantly working out, it becomes intolerably hot and sweaty

👍👍 I'have had an exam there, Excellent and elegant place to be there. Staff is highly professionals. Would recommend any institution or international institution to have their applicants tested there. Facilities, premises, conditioning and quietness were all perfect.
