😠 Actually, one star is still too much, we stood in the store for 25 minutes to pick something up and the employee didn't care much. The necklace was so poorly packaged and was already stuck behind the box at home. Unfortunately Christ's service developed negatively and it was my last purchase.

😠 Wollte am Samstag um 16.45 eine Batterie in meiner Uhr wechseln lassen. Die Damen waren nicht gewillt mir, obwohl noch über eine Stunde bis Ladenschluss, diese Dienstleistung zu erfüllen. Sie hätten schon so viel gearbeitet an diesem Tag. Ohne Worte...bin selber erst von der Arbeit gekommen.

😠 Absolute rip off when it comes to magic products. Ixalan bundle 15 euros more expensive, set booster 7 instead of 5, collector 30 instead of 20 etc. Nice selection but just to look at. All products are much cheaper from other providers

😠 Gestern, 23.11.23: Der Laden war komplett voll. Mitarbeiterin ( pinker Pullover, blonde kurze Haare, fortgeschrittenes Alter, super negative Ausstrahlung), beachtet keinen einzigen Kunden. Kunden warten und verlassen den Laden wieder. Nach ca. 15 Minuten habe ich mich getraut, die Dame anzusprechen...

👍👍 Ein wirklich cooler und gut geführter Laden für jeden Fan oder Nerd. Hier gibt es alles was das Fanherz begehrt. Es ist sauber ordentlich und das Sortiment ist sehr vielseitig, breit und sortiert. Gerne wieder!
