😠 In Paderborn und auch in Büren nicht gut. Die Trainer wissen leider nicht so viel über den menschlichen Körper. Es gibt keine Verbesserungsvorschläge oder eine Hilfestellung für nicht erfahrene Sportler. Leider wird nur von außen ein tolles Image beworben und nur auf die Optik der Trainer geachtet....
