😠 The employee with the short hair was absolutely unprofessional and cheeky. Next to the checkout there is a large sign that reads: 'Easy return of items purchased online'. The good lady has probably never read the sign. The best thing was the statement that you can't count on quality for the price...

👍👍 Exceptionally good service. The goods were noted online as "in stock". However, this is a system error. The employee then found a replacement in another branch and did so on her own and in her free time. Thanks for that!

👍👍 Frau Mohr hat meinen Verlobten und mich heute bezüglich Matratzen beraten. Wir wurden sehr gut informiert & haben uns die ganze Zeit sehr wohl gefühlt. Schlussendlich haben wir 2 Matratzen und einen Topper gekauft. Vielen lieben Dank an Frau Mohr, wir würden definitiv wieder kommen :)
