😠 Very bad advice, employees chatter on older, disabled and almost blind people about cell phone contracts and accessories that they cannot use themselves. Do not show any consideration or insight that you shouldn't do something like that. 🤮

Then he tooked my phone for like 3 mins, and set 5 Star rating to this store with positive description, without asking me about my opinion or even approval. T...

😠 Very unfriendly owner… he says that you take too much time, when there is no customers in the shop. And it’s just because you don’t want to sign contract for 2 years with bad terms… It’s sad because this shop had good opinions, but I think that the owner write it to himself…

😠 I have never been so unfriendly "advised". I was rudely referred to the hotline for simple questions about the existing contract. Once and never again. hp The Vodafone shop 50 meters away was able to help me without any problems.

🫤 I rate the general accessibility of all Vodafone shops as poor to insufficient. Even when I presented myself, I had to observe that the employees would rather be busy with other things, even if the shop is not frequented. Too bad.
