😐 Ich unterteile dieses Klinikum mal nach *Ambulanz* und stationären Aufenthalt.
Ersteres war notwendig bei der Einlieferung, ein zweites Mal für ein CT und ein drittes Mal als Vorbereitung für die OP.
Zu allem was dort *ambulant* ist kann ich nur sagen. SCHLECHT !

👍👍 An appointment was made for 9:20 a.m., and it was my turn at 9:21 a.m. After waiting another three minutes, the swab was already done. After waiting 15 minutes, I received my test result. The employees were very experienced, friendly and provided me with sufficient information.

😠 The sisters are very nice and friendly. However, Professor Dr. Raji inhuman. I've been waiting for an urgent report for 2 months only to be told by her that the insurance company should request the report themselves but that she couldn't make any statement about it. How am I supposed to move forward...
