😠 I must say VERY rude staff at the front desk! 3 "lady's" were sitting there ignoring constantly ringing phone same as patients waiting to be served. No helpfull at all! And those comments after patients leaving front desk not very nice way of customer service at all.

😐 the charm of the clinic is a bit stiff and unfamiliar.. but service is good

😠 Absolut nicht zu empfehlen. Mein Mann spürt seine Zehen nicht mehr, ist also ein Eilfall, und man bietet ihm einen Termin im September, also vier Monate später an. Und dies unter dem ausdrücklichen Hinweis, dass er privat versichert ist. Für gesetzlich Versicherte gibt's dann vielleicht noch längere...

😠 Sie lässt einen nicht zu Wort kommen. Keiner hat Recht ausser ihr. .... Sie hat mich so fertig gemacht, dass mir etwas gestorben ist, Obwohl ich wirklich dringend Hilfe brauchte. Die Sprechstundenhilfen waren zwei hilfsbereite, sehr freundlichen Engel.
