😐 Very large sales area, few customers - nice for undisturbed shopping. Selection is quite good. ATTENTION !: Wrong pricing! I'm not sure whether customers are consciously expected to be stupid :( All sweaters in the picture are of course € 10 more than excellent.

😠 On Saturday afternoon, in the middle of the busiest customer traffic, only a single checkout with a newly trained cashier was open on the first floor. The queue stretched halfway across the store. How much waiting time are the new socks worth? 🙄🙁

😠 Today two senior employees were gossiping about an employee and the loudness in the store while there were customers. The goods probably had to be moved away or rearranged today, customers seem to be annoying. A loud sigh came from the executive behind me. I hung up my things and left.

😠 August 2017: Wenn ich ein Geschäft in der Größe betrete erwarte ich ein "Begrüßen" jeglicher Art. Nach ca 5 Min könnte man doch schon auf den Kunden zugehen und fragen ob man behilflich sein könnte. Die 2 jungen Damen haben sich lieber weiter unterhalten. Ich hoffe das sich das ändert...
