👍👍 Nice place to unwind or just go hiking. The moorland is not huge, but the landscape is worth it and is very clean. There are some seating options, including right by the water. Is highly recommended.

👍👍 Wunderschöner bizzarer Küstenwald. War mal was ganz anderes und man kann viele tolle Fotos machen. Viele Bänke und Sitzmöglichkeiten um den herrlichen Ausblick auf das Meer zu geniesen. Sollte man sich auf jedenfall mal ansehen wenn man vor Ort ist...

👍👍 A really nice, spacious bit of forest for dogs to run free and people to hike as they please. The borders of the dog area aren't clearly designated and it isn't fences but my off-leash dog didn't bother anyone. For dogs without recall it's not the best, but a well-trained dog will have a great time...

👍 Vor 55 Jahren sind wir fast jeden Tag durch die Königsheide gepirscht. Mit dem Fahrrad waren seinerzeit die "Bombentrichter" ein Highlight. Ich bin mir nicht sicher, ob ich sie nach so langer Zeit wieder gefunden habe.

👍👍 Der schönste Wald in Schleswig-Holstein. So groß und so ruhig. Vergisst Geruchsfernsehen, die Natur wird immer besser sein... und wenn man ganz still ist kann man sogar Rehe sehen wie sie die Wege überqueren. Und bitte immer eueren Müll mitnehmen... ganz wichtig!!!

👍👍 Sit comfortably by the river and enjoy a cold beer. Much and beautifully decorated but still kept simple. Hefeweizen for €3.80 is more than fair in the Spreewald. Pickles in a jar to take away are also excellent. The garlic cucumbers in particular have an intense taste.

👍 Von der eigentlichen Höllenschlucht ist aktuell nicht mehr viel übrig, da dort sehr viele Bäume gefällt werden mussten. Alle Wege bis zur Höllenschlucht und von dort weg sind aber sehr schön und laden zu einem Spaziergang ein. Von einer richtig Schlucht kann man allerdings nur als Flachlandeuropäer...
