😠 A shame !! I made a mistake when I booked a room, realised it 5min after. They didn't wanted to cancel my registration.

😠 If it weren't for the service, I would give it 4. Although the equipment is quite average and it's difficult to buy so many things for one night. The coffee from this machine is very weak. Nice owner, but the man who took the keys was a tragedy and he was late, he went to tennis training...

👍👍 Gehobene Ausstattung, sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter, tolle Lage, alles zentral gelegen, Straßenbahn/Bus und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gleich um die Ecke, saubere Zimmer. Toller Service :) komme gern wieder. Viele Grüße

😠 The guesthouse is very dirty. My room was always dirty and never cleaned, had bed bugs and was just gross. I would never recommend the guesthouse to anyone please be fooled by what is written on the site about being comfortable and enjoying it all made up and lies. The breakfast is a 0815 breakfast...
