😠 They refuse to make any effort to speak English. The lady didn't let me have my legs crossed even if my shoes were not on the chair. She yelled to me in German and even though I told her I don't understand. You have to pay to go to the toilet even if you have paid your coffee or food

👍 Very chill and nice place opened on Sunday. Prices are pretty okay for ice cream and the ice cream themselves taste good. I would recommend that place. We tasted the chocolate and straciatella ice cream and they were super nice as well as the famous spaghetti ice cream that was also super tasty!

😠 I just ordered a coffee to go and had to wait for a friend for 5 minutes sitting outside chairs which were almost complete empty, they literally kicked me out because the coffee is to go although I mentioned I am just here for 5 minutes. Never again,very rude!

😠 I can only agree with the other reviewers, the new staff is absolutely impossible: unfriendly and rude. Apparently you have to present your customer card immediately before ordering, otherwise everything has to be canceled (!). Huh?? This is not how you keep/win customers...
