😠 Not recommendable! An older employee was very rude as soon as we entered the shop. There was no consultation at all. Instead, the employee wanted to impose a tariff on me without knowing my mobile phone usage behavior. No customer orientation or customer service!!! I'd rather go to the competition...

👍👍 I now avoid every Media Markt store and only shop at the Expert in Wust. The prices are great and if they are not, they are quickly adjusted 🙂.
The salespeople are great, they take their time and the branch manager isn't too bad to lend a hand.
