👍 The lake is really nice but very difficult to reach on foot. I walked about 3 from the Waller Straße stop. For me this isn't a problem but with children or for more comfortable people it might be a bit far. It is a typical bathing lake including DLRG supervision.

👍 A great lake and a beautiful place to relax and enjoy. There is a separate swimming area, a beautiful lawn and a sandy area. Since it's not bathing weather yet, we took a short walk around the lake. Just awesome. This lake is definitely recommended for the summer months.

😐 No dog beach, a shame. But you can also go swimming with your dog in certain places (unfortunately at your own risk, you can often get injured, my dog once injured his paw quite badly) and you are not allowed to go on the normal beach with your dog. 🫤 The beach is not maintained, there are weeds growing everywhere in the sand, the entire sandy beach would have to be rebuilt with new sand and a real snack shop would have to be built there for bathing time!
