😐 Visiting the store can be heavenly or hellish depending on the employee. I've gotten into the habit of looking from the outside who's on duty and then deciding whether to go to the advisors with my concerns or to try it the next day. However, Telekom's price models are set too high

👍👍 Ich habe selten erlebt, dass heutzutage Menschen mit Geduld und Ausdauer beraten werden. Das ganze Team ist freundlich und zuvorkommend zu allen Kunden. 😠 Die blonde Dame ist ja mal absolut unfreundlich. Weiß nicht was sie gegessen hat, aber einen Kunden so unfreundlich zu behandeln ist das Letzte! Zukünftig wechsel ich lieber den Anbieter als mit dieser Frau nochmal zu reden. Schande für Vodafone diese Mitarbeiterin.
