👍👍 The St. Ludwig Kuppelkirche is the Catholic main church of Darmstadt, built from 1822 to 1827.
The dome rests on an inner wreath of 28 Corinthian columns clad in stucco marble.
Very nice is the circular window in the dome vertex, which illuminates the building with natural light.

👍👍 So very peaceful and the Sisters are wonderful. Great place to pray and just be with God. Such extensive grounds and clean accommodations in the retreat house. The grounds and big chapel are amazing. Fantastic hospitality! Cant wait to visit again.
We were blessed with a full rainbow while there.
