Worst rated Vacation appartments in Deutz, Germany

😠 Sie waren sehr wenig hilfreich. Wir können das Gebäude nicht betreten. Das Zimmer wurde vor 2 Wochen gebucht. Sie ließen mich eine Stunde warten, dann sagten sie mir am Telefon, dass sie uns nicht helfen könnten, wir suchen ein anderes Hotel. Ich kann dieses Hotel niemandem empfehlen!!!!
