Nett fand ich, dass die Dame trotz mehrerer Nachfragen von anderen Gästen immer wieder freundlich abgelehnt hat, Getränke zum Mitnehmen zu verkaufen. Sie wies darauf hin, dass es viel schöner sei, sich dafür Zeit zu nehmen und sich zu setzen.

😠 Ordered 2 drinks and 2 pieces of cake. Finally left after 45 mins of waiting and getting nothing.
Staff 1 was super busy making drinks, re-making drinks that dint look right, serving, etc. Staff 2 was simply moving from left to right, clueless what to do next, basically wasting time.
