No-nonsense dorms in a woodsy hostel featuring a warm restaurant & a beer garden.

🫤 The staff is friendly, but there are long waiting times! The food tastes good, but it's not really plentiful!! You also get the impression that it should be cleaned (spider beds on the window) and dust on the furniture. Toilets were clean though!

👍👍 This Hostel is situated within the colditz castle itself. It is clean and the staff there are friendly and welcoming. Breakfast is included in the price of the stay. And at 40€ for a night it’s worth the visit. Plus the castle museum is worth staying for

👍 Tolle, Saubere Räumlichkeit. Gute Lage - Bäcker, Netto und Edeka in der Nähe. Doppelbett ist allerdings gewöhnungsbedürftig, am Anfang ist es schwer sich an diese sehr weiche dünne Matratze zu gewöhnen.

👍👍 Great location and service. Stayed there for 10 days. Excellent breakfast and nice rooms. If you are a trainspotter you can sit in the garden with a cold beverage and watch the trains go by. Highly recommened pension.

Die Anlage ist unweit der tschechischen Grenze, direkt im Wald, in einem Tal und man kann wirklich abschalten, da es kein Handynetz gibt. In der Unterkunft selbst, ist W-Lan verfügbar.
