😠 Unfortunately, I have to say that I was absolutely dissatisfied. I had to go there because of a possible hernia, after walking 1.5 hours from ward to ward I was told that they couldn't see me and that I should look for a free surgical clinic. thanks for that

😠 Guten Tag, es war nicht möglich einen Termin zu vereinbaren, erst wurde ich mit "einen Augenblick bitte" in eine 10 minütige Warteschleife gelegt, hernach mit "ja?" begrüßt. Keine formale Ansprache, kein Name, kein guten Tag, Nach Frage wo ich denn "rausgekommen sei" wurde nur "Orthopdie" geantworte...
