🫤 Slightly unhygienic and run down. There was hair from the previous user in the water, the shower didn't close properly, the jets were calcified and the water didn't drain properly. At 187cm tall, I often bumped into the tank. The wellness products are simply private labels.

Announced renovations are only delayed or not carried out at all. The sanitary facilities (toilets, showers) often smell like sewers. The wellness area is dark, lovelessly furnished and not really inviting.

😠 The receptionist could have been more customer friendly, and the facilities were dirty, with only one hairdryer in ladies changing room. But the most shocking was the outside pool that was covered in green moss and algae. For such a high priced sauna, we expected more. Sauna master lady was nice.
