👍 Nice neighborhood cafe, bakery and brunch restaurant. I love their cakes, quiche and bread, staffs are friendly and kind. Brunch choices are sufficient with good price and portion, tasty as well. 😠 Very bad experience. Staff not capable of coping with service. Had to wait 1hr for the first course (a salad!) to arrive and another 40’ for the main course and only because we reminded the waiter, they had forgotten. Not genuinely Italian. Very short and too simple menu. Overly expensive.

😠 Worst customer service experience we ever had - the rating is not even based on the benchmark of services like in Asia or America. Germany is not famous for their Good Service but not that bad… Food portion is big, but if you don’t have the mood, what you eat doesn’t matter anymore, at least for us...
