1. Im Vorraus reserviert, aber keinen Tisch bekommen. Nichtmal ein "Sorry", sondern müssen warten. Sehr belastend für ein Geburtstagsessen mit Gästen die dann erstmal in der Mitte des Restaurants mit einem warten dürfen.
