The advice is excellent in all shops and the staff is extremely friendly and competent.
I made my first coffee from the HKM from a stove, later in a fully automatic machine, until after more than 3 years...

🫤 Great coffee but way too dreamy way of working. Unfortunately, I have been forgotten several times after ordering and kept waiting. Unfortunately not the right place to go for good morning coffee if you belong to the people who have to / want to be at work on time.

😠 had to wait for our food for an hour to only be told by a waitress that we didn’t order anything, when we clearly did. awful service. no excuses, nothing. expensive, dirty, disgusting place. never go there if you’re willing to have a great time.

😠 Just under 20 min. queued and when it was my turn shortly before 5 p.m. they said shop closed. It just doesn't work!
Then the waitress has to let them know in advance who the last customer is so that people don't queue for free. Really sad.

👍👍 Chic cafe with lovely decor and amazing sitting place. Beautiful views while sitting inside.they have a special muffin, which cannot be found anywhere else in Hannover. They have wide selection of cakes.
