👍👍 Wir hatten einen Transporter online angemietet und alles hatte problemlos geklappt. Der Wagen war gepflegt und ordentlich. Das Personal freundlich und hilfsbereit. Nächstemal würden wir uns wieder für europcar entscheiden

👍👍 Właściciel i personel miły, a najbardziej pomocna Pani w biurze, blondynka w długich włosach - ma bardzo dobre podejście do klienta, można też liczyć na pomoc personelu przy załadunku pojazdu, nie lecą na kasę jak to bywa na innych / niektórych ADAC. Wszystko przebiegło ok., dziękuję za współpracę.

😠 Avoid this company like the plague. I had rented a BMW 7 Series which I was scheduled to pick-up in Munich, keep a few days and then drop-off in Wesel. Upon arriving, I was told that they didn't have the vehicle I reserved but wanted to offer me a VW Up! at the same price (not at all the same thing)...

👍👍 Schon interessant was so manche Anmieter für einen Blödsinn schreiben. Das nach Geschäftsschluss eine Anmietung Notdienstgebühren kostet dürfte wohl jedem klar sein. Und wenn ich eine günstige Versicherung habe übernimmt diese nicht alle Gebühren so muss ein Kunde teilweise 20,00-45,00€ selber trage...
