😠 Very bad advice, employees chatter on older, disabled and almost blind people about cell phone contracts and accessories that they cannot use themselves. Do not show any consideration or insight that you shouldn't do something like that. 🤮

🫤 I rate the general accessibility of all Vodafone shops as poor to insufficient. Even when I presented myself, I had to observe that the employees would rather be busy with other things, even if the shop is not frequented. Too bad.

😠 Unzufrieden... Shop wurde erst 10 Minuten nach eigentlicher Öffnungszeit. Nach Öffnung des Ladens ging der Leiter erstmal eine rauchen. Ein anderer junger Mitarbeiter hingegen war sehr freundlich und sofort hilfsbereit. Bei einem weiteren Besuch war der Laden wieder erst 8 Minuten nach Öffnungszeit...
