😐 Frankly, they could give a course or two to their employees on how to interact with their customers. Almost each times I go, I'm dealing with an employee who clearly doesn't want to be there and is having a terrible time hiding it.

😠 The coffee was excellent today 08.07. but the service was really bad. The young lady had to get oat drink for us as we like our latte vegan. She let us feel her discomfort about walking to her storage room. Very rood. :(
